Billing Terms:

Orders containing items which are "In stock" are billed to the

customers credit card upon sale and shipped within 1 to 3 business

days. If an item is out of stock or on back order, the customers credit

card will be charged when the item is available for shipment and the

order is ready to be completed.  

Privacy Policy:

All personal information related to a customer transaction, including

all credit card and financial information shall be treated with the

highest level of security and confidentiality. fxu.de never share or sell

any information to third parties and follow any and all regulations as

required by our financial and banking partners to ensure our customers

information is completely safe. On our website, fxu.de only collect

financial information (credit cards, etc.) on secure and encrypted

servers using the most up to date and safe technology available. fxu.de do

not archive our customers credit card information in our files.  

Return/cancellation policy:  

Returns: Items purchased and received which contain a manufacturers

defect will be equally exchanged at no additional cost to our customer

(except: postage for defect Item) within 30 days.  

Cancellations: All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment with a 15.- USD Flat

All Refunds will be made by US-check and sent to you by Mail.

Warranty:  

LIMITED WARRANTY

fxu.de warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects in material

and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of

purchase by the original purchaser.  

note: all DVD´s an VCD are not massproduction and will be copyed on blank DVD/VCD
each order at a time make sure your DVDPLAYER playback DVD-R and/or CD-R.we are not resposible
if the CD-R´s or DVD-R´s not work on your system. please make sure they do before you order.

CONDITIONS:

This Warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations.

The Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or

handled other than in accordance with the instructions in the owner's

manual, abused, or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being

transported. The product must be packed and returned to fxu.de by the

customer at his or her sole expense. A RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE

ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT AND A PHOTOCOPY OF

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT. This receipt must clearly list the date

of purchase, the name and address of the purchaser and the price paid

by the purchaser. fxu.de reserves the right to modify the design of any

product without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured

products and to change the prices or specifications of any product

without notice or obligation to any person. All Download have to be
